    You can ssh/telnet …
    You can ssh/telnet in from windows using a client such as putty. If your using XP it will have a telnet client built in. M-Net does great free shells… as do I :)

    Yes it is. However you need linux installed on a computer and make it as your server. After that with your other computer download winscp then you have to log in with an ip address, username and password.
